1 Overview

As of the end of April 2014, the unit's comprehensive energy consumption is 3.26×104tce, and the oil and gas production unit consumption is 136.78kgce/t. The main production and energy consumption data are shown in Table 1-1.

Production status:

The operating area currently has a relatively complete information base for energy measurement instruments. The statistical analysis and dynamic management of energy metering equipment classification and classification are realized. Through the implementation of measurement management system, standard publicity training and on-site supervision and other activities, energy metering management has been strengthened, and the energy protection basic guarantee function and management level have been improved.

However, the electricity metering of each collection station library is only the total electricity metering, and the water injection system and the gathering system in the station library are not metered, and the single energy-consuming equipment has no electricity metering, which is not conducive to improving the field equipment in the operation area. The management level is also not conducive to the detailed analysis of energy consumption in the work area.

Project construction content: There are three stations on the site that need to be transformed into the energy management system, namely the Shinan 31 Liaison Station, the Shixi Central Processing Station and the Shinan Oilfield Oil and Gas Processing Station. Among them, the Shinan 31 Liaison Station has 78 instruments, stone. There are 35 instruments in the West Central Processing Station and 59 instruments in the oil and gas processing station in the Shinan Oilfield. The monitoring range is the instrument of the power distribution station.

Because the three oil stations that need to be retrofitted by the energy monitoring system are far away from each other (about a dozen kilometers), and the site is not suitable for wiring in the desert, there is no signal. 3) Field device layer

The field device layer is a data acquisition terminal, which is mainly composed of smart meters. The smart meter is connected to the communication server through the shielded twisted pair RS485 interface, and adopts the MODBUS communication protocol bus type connection.
