1) Public service level
/CLN is equivalent to ISO public service grade 6X; used for metric tapered roller bearings (width reduction is common).
/CL0 is equivalent to ISO0 level public service; used for inch tapered roller bearings.
/CL3 is equivalent to ISO3 level public service; used for inch tapered roller bearings.
/CL7A tapered roller bearings that meet the specifications of the differential bearing.
/CL7C fits the differential bearing with a uniquely standardized tapered roller bearing.
/P4 scale and rotation accuracy meet ISO4 level public service (than P5 accuracy).
The /P4A scale accuracy is in line with ISO4 level public service; the rotation accuracy is equivalent to the AFBMA specification ABEC9.
/P5 scale rotation accuracy meets ISO5 level public service (accuracy is higher than P6).
The /PA9A scale and rotation accuracy are equivalent to the AFBMA specification ABEC9.
The /PA9B scale accuracy is equivalent to the AFBMA specification ABEC9; the rotation accuracy is higher than PA9A.
The /SP scale accuracy is about P5; the rotation accuracy is about P4.
/UP scale accuracy is about P4; rotation accuracy is higher than P4.
2) Bearing clearance
The /C1 clearance fits the set of rules; the play is less than 2 sets.
The /C2 clearance fits the two groups of the specification rules; the clearance is less than 0.
/C0 Clearance fits the 0 group of the specification rules; the code is omitted; does not indicate.
The /C3 clearance fits the three groups of the specification rules; the clearance is greater than zero.
The /C4 clearance fits the 4 groups of the specification rules; the clearance is greater than 3 groups.
/C5 The clearance fits the 5 groups of the specification rules; the clearance is greater than 4 groups.
When the clearance code is combined with the bearing official code P4; P5 or P6; the clearance code C can be omitted.
Example: P6+C2=P62
3) Unique skill needs.
/Q Best internal layout and appearance roughness (for tapered roller bearings).
The /Q66 oscillation level is less than the general specification; the oscillation peak is less than the general specification.
/QE5 fits the unique specification of the motor; the scale and rotation accuracy is up to P6. Very low noise.
/QE6 fits the specification of the motor; low noise.
4) Bearing equipment.
/DB Two pairs of single row deep groove ball bearings; single row angular contact ball bearings or single row tapered roller bearings in pairs with back-to-back method. The number after DB indicates the axial clearance or the preload of the device.
A light preload (angular touch ball bearing).
B Preload is larger than A (angular touch ball bearing).
C preload is larger than B (angular touch ball bearing).
The internal clearance of CA is more than that of the wall.
CB internal clearance is larger than CA (deep groove or angular touch ball bearing).
CC internal clearance is larger than CB (deep groove ball bearing).
CG "zero" clearance (tapered roller bearings).
C... The number behind the unique axial internal clearance CC indicates the axial clearance.
GA lighter preload (deep groove ball bearing).
GB preload is greater than CA (deep groove ball bearing).
G... Unique preload (the number behind the G indicates the preload is large..
/DF Two face-to-face paired single row deep groove ball bearings; single row angular contact ball bearings or single row tapered roller bearings. DF can be followed by the same letter after DB.
/DT Two pairs of deep groove ball bearings placed in series; single row angular contact ball bearings or single row tapered roller bearings.
5) Heat treatment. The inner and outer rings of the bearing are safely disposed of; they can be operated at the following temperatures:
/S0 is up to 150 degrees Celsius.
/S1 up to 200 degrees Celsius.
/S2 up to 250 degrees Celsius.
/S3 up to 300 degrees Celsius.
/S4 up to 350 degrees Celsius.
6) Make up for the smoothing agent.
/W can't make up for smooth oil (no smooth oil groove and oil hole).
/W20 bearing outer ring has three smooth oil holes.
/W33 bearing outer ring has smooth oil groove and three oil holes.
/W33X bearing outer ring has smooth oil groove and six oil holes.
7) Smoothing agent. The post code used to identify the type of smooth grease filled in the bearing consists of a letter group and two numbers; the letters indicate the temperature scale; the next two numbers indicate the smooth grease actually used; the common letter groups are as follows:
/HT high temperature grease (-20 degrees Celsius ~ +130 degrees Celsius).
/LHT Low/High Temperature Grease (-40 degrees Celsius ~ +140 degrees Celsius).
/LT low temperature grease (-50 degrees Celsius ~ +80 degrees Celsius).
/MT medium temperature grease (-30 degrees Celsius ~ 110 degrees Celsius).
The MT post-code indicates that the specific bearing uses non-standard grease. The amount of smooth grease in the bearing is not the same as the standard filling amount (25%~30% of the free space inside the bearing); it is identified by an additional letter:
A: The amount of smooth grease is less than the standard dosage.
B: The amount of smooth grease is greater than the standard dosage.
C: The amount of smooth fat is greater than B.
8) Other characteristics. The letter V and another letter (such as VA) are combined with three numbers; used to identify variants that cannot be represented by existing other post-codes. For example:
/VA201 kiln car bearing.
/VA301 Cylindrical roller bearings for traction motors.
