The new inorganic refractory paper is prepared by a traditional papermaking process and is made of a highly flexible hydroxyapatite ultra-long nanowire. Hydroxyapatite is the main inorganic component of human bones and teeth, environmentally friendly, high temperature resistant, non-combustible; hydroxyapatite ultra-long nanowires, with high flexibility and high quality white, can effectively solve hydroxyphosphorus The high brittleness of stone materials is an ideal material for the construction of new inorganic refractory papers.

Previously, the new inorganic refractory paper was limited to laboratory-scale preparation. After two years of research, Zhu Yingjie team developed a solvothermal method of calcium oleate precursor, which successfully produced a length of more than 100 microns and a maximum length of nearly 1000 microns. The hydroxyapatite ultra-long nanowires, the amplification preparation technique is reproducible. Optimized, the performance of the new inorganic refractory paper has been greatly improved: the size is enlarged from the original several centimeters to the A3 size (42 cm × 29.7 cm). The main performance indicators reach the national standard for copy paper, which can be directly applied to daily writing, printing and copying. The effect is excellent.

“The new inorganic refractory paper itself has good biocompatibility and the manufacturing process is also environmentally friendly. Therefore, even large-scale applications will not cause serious pollution to the environment. In appearance, this kind of refractory paper is very similar to traditional plant fiber paper. In order to meet this demand, Zhu Yingjie team specially developed the preparation technology of new antibacterial inorganic refractory paper, and successfully prepared a new type of antibacterial hydroxyapatite refractory paper with adjustable size and thickness. The paper has high flexibility and good biological phase. Capacitive and highly effective antibacterial properties, high temperature resistance, no burning.

The reporter was informed that at present, the invention patent for the new inorganic refractory paper new technology has been authorized, and the patent for the new antibacterial inorganic refractory paper is being applied for. In the next step, the team will continue to explore low-cost batch preparation technology for new inorganic refractory papers, and further expand the application of refractory paper, including special inorganic refractory paper, functional refractory paper, high-efficiency adsorption filter paper, flame retardant materials and biomedical materials. .
