Foreword : When we first met President Chen, he was calling. His assistant asked us to sit on the sofa outside the office. The assistant said that this is just his temporary office. After receiving the call, Mr. Chen first received the candidate. The assistant told us that Mr. Chen was usually busy, but he still had to finalize the selection of key personnel in the factory.

After the interview, President Chen personally sent us back to the company. When I went back, I realized that Mr. Chen's family was a big family of three children. It was very lively when everyone was sitting in the car together. Maybe the children can't understand the father's busy day, but can accompany the child after work, this is a qualified father. Therefore, after meeting with President Chen, I deeply felt that he was the general manager and the leader, but he was very approachable. He is very busy, but he can always maintain an optimistic attitude. His conversation is not very gorgeous, but it is very simple, like telling a story about Silanti.

 

Mr. Chen, hello! We know that Silanti is a furniture brand under Shenzhen Caidi Furniture Group. After its creation to the present, it has already owned some brand stores in more than 80 cities across the country. So can you talk to us, what is the story behind Silanti from the beginning to the present?

Silanti was founded by me and my friends. After two years of development, due to personal reasons, Silanti finally took over by myself. When I first started, there was a lot of pressure. No matter from the problems of hiring or from the unexpected problems of the enterprise, including the problems encountered in the franchise store, it is indeed not a dealer. Consider doing something. I think that caused some of these ideas, and I think that those of us in the furniture industry are worth considering and considering these issues. Well, as far as you go, I believe that any bumpy road, as long as you have a firm determination, can definitely go through. Believe in yourself, because there is a saying that failure comes from giving up, and only perseverance will always win. I have given myself such a word of encouragement, and my life motto is just a word.

Silanti is now a well-known brand. Some time ago, we made a 2010 new appreciation of Silanti. At the time, I saw a video about many distribution agencies who made affirmation of the Silanti brand. And now Silante also has its own new plant, with a modern plant of more than 15,000 square meters. When such a factory building is built, there will be a large family of Silanti. How do you manage this team?

The team is too big to talk about. For us, Silanti, there is a principle of putting people first. To create a brand, we are only in the entrepreneurial period. We bought this land in 2008 , and construction began in 2009 . The construction standards of our workshops are built according to the current standards of the furniture industry or foreign-funded enterprises. All our buildings, including dormitories, are built according to the standards. As for holding exhibitions, we want to give our customers a peace of mind through the plant. I believe that we have this strength, which proves that customers (distributors) have a long-term goal and development direction. Our Silante was created from 01 to the present and it is quality that wins today's trust. Our slogan is quality and innovative life. This meaning is that we always insist on quality. At this exhibition, everyone sees that the general guests are more renovated and lighter in products, and they look like theirs in Guangdong and foreigners' eyes. In 2009 , we made a decision to focus on self-owned brands and self-made products. We cooperate with several top design companies in Shenzhen. We put on the exhibition board at the exhibition that all products of this product have applied for a patent. In April , we applied for 50 patents to the country, which is the highest in history among all our enterprises in Suzhou. I think this is the case. A brand is not what you want to be bigger today. Brands need time to do it. Our company has three purposes, one quality and two personalized management, and three we have launched the latest brand marketing model.

 

Now, enterprises pay attention to the development of brand culture. There is a saying that brand is the soul of an enterprise. How do you understand this sentence?

As for the brand as the soul of an enterprise, I think it is because an enterprise has two major supports, one is a good quality in the factory, and the other is that when it is sold in the market, we have a good brand. Brand must be the soul of an enterprise. But for our company, I have n’t thought that we are a brand, because we are only in the establishment period. Although we have been going through a bumpy ten years, but because the brand in the furniture industry is not like the clothing industry s brand. It may be like your girls. When we get married, we will buy a set of sofas. When we get married, we will start a business. When we are in our thirties, we will buy it when we are successful in our forties. Maybe this opportunity can only wait for you. child. Our Chinese furniture generally has a longer life span. Unlike we buy clothes, I can buy a set of clothes every day, because I like to buy, and furniture is a big thing, maybe the family is more cautious in choosing early stage. So the brand of furniture is the brand of the common people, so how do we make the brand of the common people, this is only a prerequisite for starting, just on the starting line. But we have this goal and direction, and going in this direction is our firm determination. Through various promotional activities, we can make the people really get the benefits. Under the premise of getting the benefits, we want the dealers to get the benefits. Can survive in an era of relatively downturn in the furniture industry. We must consider these. Only when consumers get the benefits and buy your things on the premise of ensuring quality. Buy your things, our dealers can also get benefits and survive. The dealer survives and our factory survives.

 

The global financial crisis in 2009 was a big blow to the home furnishing industry. Many unknown furniture brands received rectification and reshuffle in this financial crisis. What did Siranti do in 2010 when the economy is picking up?

Speaking from the survival and development of the enterprise, in fact, there was not much impact on our furniture industry in 2009 , but on the real estate industry. The era of real furniture downturn was in 2010 , which is this year. Our company has made new changes from product innovation and marketing model. At the same time, we are considering companies to pick up some domestic and foreign orders. More than 30% of us are foreign orders from the United States, so if our workers can survive, we have a guarantee that this is what we do in response to the financial crisis.

 

We talked about the sofa under Silanti. Siyu cloth art, Lanka leather and Teyu warm sofa. Can you briefly introduce the advantages of these sofas?

The Lanka leather sofa and Diyu warm sofa are a positioning for our company's future development. It is a long-term consideration. At present, our company is mainly professional, and we only produce a brand of Silanti. Silanti is dominated by cloth art and is currently a flagship product. (Is it possible to contact us with a very popular word, low-carbon life?) We, Silanti, have always been following this path. We have been applying for environmental certification since 2006 . In 2005 , we were the first to have an antibacterial and anti-mite type, which is a Korean technology. He can kill mites within a meter of a bag of medicine. We people sitting on the sofa sometimes feel itchy, but they are actually mites. Mites are very small things, and we are generally less aware of them. The wood we use is dominated by larch. Everyone who has been to Huangshan knows that the country has strengthened the protection of pine trees because it is afraid of eating. But even if the pine wood is dried to make the sofa, it will also grow bugs. The only way is to have a drying room like ours. In fact, there are two purposes for drying. One is to measure the humidity according to the national standard, and it cannot exceed 15% . This is an industry standard. Kill the insects in the wood, these are done around the low-carbon concept. Because low-carbon we just want to make the people buy the sofas for comfort, peace of mind and satisfaction. In fact, many problems may be the use of the problem or the problem of family moisture, or children eating on the sofa, will cause mite problems, if we have antibacterial anti-mite drugs, this problem will not occur. No medicine can be said to be 100% , but at least we can achieve more than 95% .

Mr. Chen, we know that you are from Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Everyone said that Zhejiang people are very brainy, dare to invade and work hard. Why do you think this businessman has such strong vitality?

In fact, many people do not understand the living habits of Wenzhou people and some concepts of hard work. What you may see is just a superficial phenomenon. Wenzhou people are able to endure hardships. In terms of two modules, some Wenzhou people develop locally and have their own businesses. Like this, they are done earlier and larger. Like we came out to do business, it is the second generation of Wenzhou entrepreneurship. We are close to mountains and the sea in Wenzhou, and there is almost no flat ground. Everyone wants to survive, just to come out and fight. Wenzhou people are more face-saving. Everyone has come out to develop through hard work, and with a philanthropic heart, they can make their careers bigger. So it ’s not that he has a good mind, because I think people ’s minds are the same. Your head has n’t been used. Maybe he will rust, your head has been used, and he will use it more and more developed.

 

Finally, what successful experiences does Silanti have to share with colleagues, so that our Suzhou furniture industry as a whole is developing steadily, standardized and with high quality?

Like our experience with Silanti, we can't talk about success at all, and we have been walking. How to go from a family workshop to a formal enterprise, we have been working hard in this direction. What we do is to build a brand right. Suzhou furniture companies may have some mistakes in their business philosophy. Like this kind of success, I think it has been a failure. Because of our 10 years of development, this speed is too far from my request. How did we break through my ideas and some requirements this year, and I have been talking about these things with our team. Whether it is a change in production or a change in marketing, some changes in sales feedback.
