1. The usual process of roll neck bearing protection:

2. Smoothness of the roll neck bearing:

2) Recommended smooth grease type:
a. Timken Premium Mill Grease
b. Mobil Mobilith SHC 460
c. Fina Ceran HV
3) Recommended amount of smooth grease:
The filling amount of smooth grease; it is suitable to fill two-thirds or one-third of the space of the bearing and bearing housing; it is not excessively smooth. After each grinding roller, the recommended amount of grease is 1/5 of the initial amount. Smooth The replenishment cycle of the grease is related to the layout of the bearing, the rotational speed, the temperature and the environment; the user can adjust according to the operating environment of the practice; under reasonable means, the clean and smooth grease is always stored in the bearing.
4) When installing a new roll neck bearing; do not wash off the anti-rust grease coated on the new bearing; although the anti-rust grease can not be used as a smoothing agent; but it will not hinder the normal use of the bearing.
3. Registration and storage of roll neck bearings:
1) The inner and outer ring components of the bearing should be wrapped in plastic; the packaging of the bearing should be designed to meet the moisture and dust resistance requirements of the bearing.
2) In order to prevent the elliptical deformation of the inner and outer rings; the roller neck bearings should be placed horizontally; the bearings should be stored in the original packaging and placed in a boring place.
3) In dusty, humid environments; bearings are not allowed to be removed from the package and placed on pallets or open shelves,
4) All bearing installations should be hygienic and in excellent condition; the workbench installation area should be hygienic; it should not be installed next to the welding area and machining equipment; prevent debris and dirt from entering the bearing.
