1. Classification: The product is available in two main types: wire embossed glass and wire polished glass. It comes in three thickness options: 6mm, 7mm, and 10mm. In terms of quality, it is categorized into superior grade, first-class, and qualified products. The standard dimensions typically range below 600mm × 400mm, with maximum sizes not exceeding 2000mm × 1200mm.

2. Technical Requirements:

1) Wire Mesh Requirements: The wire mesh used in wire glass is available in two varieties: ordinary steel wire and special steel wire. Ordinary steel wire must have a diameter of at least 0.4mm, while special steel wire must be 0.3mm or larger. The wire mesh is usually spot-welded to ensure structural integrity and stability.

2) Dimensional and Thickness Tolerance: The allowable deviation for length and width is ±4.0mm. Thickness tolerance follows the specifications outlined in Table 1, ensuring uniformity across different batches.

3) Bending Degree: For embossed glass, the bending degree should not exceed 1.0%, while polished glass must remain within 0.5%. Any protrusions on the edges, notches, or deflected areas must be carefully controlled. The size of any notch should not go beyond 6mm, and the skew dimension should not exceed 4mm. Each piece of glass can have only one notch, and its depth must not exceed 6mm.

4) Appearance Quality: The surface of the product must meet the criteria specified in Table 2. This includes checking for scratches, bubbles, impurities, and other visible defects that could affect performance or aesthetics.

These detailed classifications and technical standards ensure that the product meets high-quality requirements and is suitable for a wide range of applications, from architectural glazing to industrial use.
