1. Classification: This product is categorized into two main types: wire embossed glass and wire polished glass. It is available in three thicknesses: 6mm, 7mm, and 10mm. In terms of quality, it is divided into superior, first-class, and qualified grades. The standard size typically ranges below 600mm × 400mm, with a maximum dimension of 2000mm × 1200mm.

2. Technical Requirements:

1. Wire Mesh Requirements: The wire mesh used in wire glass is classified into two types: ordinary steel wire and special steel wire. Ordinary steel wire must have a diameter of at least 0.4mm, while special steel wire should have a minimum diameter of 0.3mm. The wire mesh is manufactured using spot welding techniques to ensure structural integrity and durability.

2. Dimensional and Thickness Tolerance: The allowable deviation for length and width is ±4.0mm. The thickness tolerance follows the specifications outlined in Table 1. These tolerances are crucial to maintaining the product's performance and aesthetic appeal.

3. Bending Tolerance: Embossed glass should not exceed a bending degree of 1.0%, while polished glass should remain within 0.5%. Any protrusions on the edges, notches, or skewed areas must be carefully controlled. Notches should not exceed 6mm in size, and any skew should not go beyond 4mm. Each piece of glass can have only one notch, and its depth must not exceed 6mm to prevent structural weakness.

4. Surface Quality: The surface appearance of the product must meet the standards specified in Table 2. This includes checking for scratches, bubbles, impurities, and other visible defects that could affect the final use of the glass.
