In order to enhance the precision of fit during the improvement of an INA bearing device, it is essential to implement accurate measurement techniques. It is crucial to ensure that the surface roughness of the shaft, housing hole, and bearing is as minimal as possible in order to achieve a high level of practical fit. When performing the above measurements, attention should be given to both the outer and inner surfaces of the bearing, as well as the corresponding areas of the shaft and housing hole. Specifically, measurements should be taken near the installation chamfers, where two sets of symbols indicating the direction of maximum error are located. During the actual installation process, the maximum error on both sides should be aligned in the same orientation. This ensures that the errors on either side are partially offset after installation, resulting in a more stable and accurate fit. To further improve the performance of the INA bearing system, it's also important to maintain consistent temperature conditions throughout the measurement and installation phases.
