The "Bangti" A-Class Fireproof Ultra-Thin Stone Decorative and Insulation Integrated Board (Patent No. 5) is an innovative exterior wall insulation and decorative panel developed and manufactured by Shanghai Bangti Company. This utility model features a unique box-type reinforcing structure, with the outer shell made of inorganic polymer mortar and the core composed of pure inorganic water glass wool. The internal reinforcing structure connects both the wall surface and the outer decorative layer of the insulation board, ensuring a strong bond between the building and the panel. The special adhesive combines the components into one, creating a seamless integration with the structure.
The insulation board allows for flexible decoration, as it can be easily painted or fitted with various decorative finishes. Notably, ultra-thin granite and marble stones produced by the "Bangti" ultra-thin stone cutting Machine (Patent No. 6) are directly applied as ultra-thin stone veneers. These stones can be processed to a thickness of just 3mm, significantly reducing the weight of the board while minimizing structural load.
