Open type rapid drilling mold for processing intersecting small holes
In the process of producing a certain automobile transmission component, our factory encountered the fork shaft shown in Figure 1. The process requires processing two intersecting small holes φ5H10_0~(+0.048)mm and φ5H11_0~(+0.075)mm. Since the two holes are distributed on different sides, this brings difficulty to the design of the drill, if the shape of the analog fork shaft is adopted. And the reference method, that is, simulating the outer circle φ16.4_(-0.027)~0mm of the shaft from the inner hole of the drilling mold, simulating the v-shaped groove of the shaft with a V-shaped bolt, and designing the closed inverted drilling mold, The drill mold is not only complicated in structure and shape, but also has poor chip removal and low work efficiency. To this end, we designed an open flip mold as shown in Figure 2.
