The project “Application and Development of Processing and Manufacturing Technology for Diamond Circular Saws for Sturdy and High-hardness Concrete Cutting†was included in the Sino-Russian Government Science and Technology Cooperation. The project was included in the protocol of the 12th Regular Session of the Science and Technology Cooperation Subcommittee of the China-Russia Prime Minister's Regular Meeting Committee; this is the E-city enterprise again listed in the International Science and Technology Cooperation Project during the 11th Five-Year Plan.
