When using lifting air cushion, the following points should be noted

1. Take out the rescue lifting air cushion from the box, place the air cushion on the lifting place, and avoid placing it on the sharp object.

2. Connect the quick connector to the air cushion and close the bleed button on the control valve.

3. Open the cylinder valve and manually control the control valve so that the compressed air is slowly inflated through the high-pressure hose of the pressure relief valve. After the air-cushion is inflated, it expands in volume and the weight is lifted slowly. The air-cushion will be in working condition. At this time, it should be noted that the lifting height is less than the maximum working height of the lifting air cushion.

4 , rescue lifting air cushion can work alone, you can also increase the height of overlap, do not let the air cushion tilt when overlapping, so as not to collapse the air cushion, air cushion can increase the height of the use of on-site items. When it is necessary to lift repeatedly, it can be used to lift planks and other objects on both sides of the air cushion after a lift. The air cushion will be deflated to restore the air cushion to the original height. At this time, the gravity of the lift will be pressed on both sides of the board and other objects. 5 , after the completion of lifting, should first close the cylinder valve, and then open the deflation button on the control foot, manually control the control valve, the compressed air inside the air cushion finished.

6. Close the control valve, remove the quick connector and pack it.

When maintaining rescue air cushions, care should be taken

1 , there must be someone responsible for management;

2. Lifting air cushion should be placed in dry, ventilated, away from heat and corrosive pollution;

3 , every six months should be connected to the air cushion, so that it is inflated in a free state, the inflation pressure does not exceed the rated pressure;

4 , to ensure that there is enough pressure in the cylinder gas;

5. In normal use, the warranty period is two years.
