These defects can lead to neck fatigue, cervical spine injuries, and even suffocation for workers, highlighting the urgent need for action. In addition, the Provincial Bureau also conducted random inspections on 40 batches of steel pipe scaffold fasteners from distribution companies in Taiyuan City and Yuncheng area, achieving a pass rate of 75%. However, the main problems included failure in anti-slip and anti-destruction tests. Such deficiencies could result in fasteners slipping or breaking under pressure, creating significant safety hazards on construction sites. On a more positive note, all 22 batches of cement products tested from provincial manufacturers passed the inspection, with a 100% pass rate. This indicates that the quality of cement products is relatively stable and meets the required standards. In response to the issues found in safety helmets and scaffold fasteners, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has instructed local quality control departments to take strict measures against companies producing or distributing substandard products. They have emphasized the need to halt sales of such products and support affected companies in making necessary improvements. Impact resistance performance was inadequate. - **Sudian Star Brand Safety Helmets (Plastic):** Used by Xuzhou Riyuexing Plastics Industry Co., Ltd. and produced by Shanxi Sunlight Power Generation Co., Ltd. Mandril belt strength and vertical spacing were below standard. - **660 × 480 × 440 Helmets:** Produced by Henan Yuguang Gold Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. and used by Changzhi Jingfang Coal Industry Co., Ltd.
