1. Point the bottom of the cylinder toward you, hold the handles on both sides with both hands, and hold the respirator above your head so that the shoulder strap falls on your shoulders

Check the mask for any damage (such as side panels, valves, straps, etc.)

Hook the mask neckband down, use the faceplate down, hold the center of the mask strap in one hand, insert the mask into the face and fit the face, adjust the center of the headband to the top of the head

Tighten the mask: first adjust the top headband, then adjust the temples and the headband at the lower jaw to tighten it properly

Check the airtightness of the mask: use the palm to block the interface of the mask and inhale. Inhale. The user feels that the mask can not breathe on the face. It means that the airtightness is good. If the mask does not touch the face, it should be Adjust the band and repeat the experiment until tight

Connect the air supply valve: connect the air supply valve to the interface on the mask

Take a deep breath and open the air valve to enter the workplace

When not in use, it is necessary to disconnect the air supply valve first. When the air supply valve is released, press the red button of the air supply valve to prevent air leakage. Then remove the cover, loosen the belt, chest strap, and shoulder strap to remove the air. Respirator, carefully placed in the air respirator box to prevent cracking of the cylinder.

three. Use process considerations

1. During the use of air respirator, pay attention to watch the pressure gauge. When the cylinder pressure is lower than 6Mpa, the alarm whistle will start to buzz. When the alarm starts, the personnel shall evacuation from the dangerous area as soon as possible.

2. If there is a problem with the performance of the mask or respiratory protection device connected to it during use, it should leave the work area immediately.

3. Do not remove the mask when leaving the work area.

4. When the cover is faded out, apply a thumb to pull the hook ring forward and relax the strap. Insert the thumb between the mask and the chin and gradually disengage it from the lower jaw. When removing the lower mask, take great care to prevent inhalation of harmful dust and other harmful substances adhering to the mask surface.
