First, the stone weekly price index

According to the "China·Shuitou Stone Index" system monitoring, the 20180117 stone weekly price index closed at 95.7 points, down 0.12 points from the previous month, down about 0.13%. This week, the stone price has been falling. The prices of other stone materials are still the same as last week, while the prices of marble and synthetic marble have rebounded slightly, and the price of granite has continued to decline. Near the end of the year, some engineering projects have been suspended, the stone market has entered the off-season, and some of the inventory products have been reduced. In addition, a small number of stone products are slightly adjusted due to differences in raw materials and board quality.

Second, the classification price index

This week, the price index on marble closed at 96.75 points, up 0.01 points from the previous month and up by about 0.01%. This week, the price of marble rose slightly and the price changed very little. Among them, the price of large plates rose slightly, and the prices of blocks and finished products were unchanged from last week. The price of some marble slabs was adjusted normally with the market demand this week. Some of the small corners of the board were dug up, the running flowers were not obvious, the layout was even, and the price increased. Some of the slabs were blurred and the price dropped.

The price index of granite this week was 87.91 points, down 0.71 from the previous month and down about 0.8%. The price of granite continued to decline this week. The prices of blocks and slabs were flat, and the prices of finished products dropped sharply. The inventory of finished granite products continued to be reduced at the beginning of the year.

The price index of synthetic marble this week was 102.12 points, up by 0.13 points from the previous month and up by about 0.13%. The price of synthetic marble rebounded slightly this week, with the price of raw materials and finished products unchanged from last week, and the price of large plates rose slightly.

The price index of other stone materials closed at 90.00 this week and remained stable. The price of jade and travertine was flat, and the price of quartz stone fluctuated.

Third, secondary classification price index

From the perspective of secondary classification of stone, the price of 8 types of stone materials such as marble blocks and finished products, granite blocks and large plates, synthetic marble blocks and finished products, jade and travertine are the same as last week. The price of Class 3 stone has increased from the previous month, namely marble slab, synthetic marble slab and quartz stone, which are raised by 0.01, 100.5 and 0.04 respectively. The price of the remaining 1 type of stone has been lowered, which is the finished product of granite, which is lowered by 1.68 points. In combination with the above-mentioned changes in the price of several types of stone, the price of granite has shown a downward trend due to the large price drop of granite.
