V. Random accessories
1, measure the damage length weight 1 set (5)
2, sample clip 1
3, burner flame nozzle 1
4, power line 1
VI. Preparation before the test
1. Prepare test specimens.
2, ready for test gas source.
3. Connect the air source to the instrument to ensure that there is no air leakage from the joint.
4. Connect the laboratory power supply and the instrument with the supplied power cord.
5. Place the textile sample in the sample holder and the lower edge of the sample should be flush with the lower end of the sample holder.
Seventh, operation steps
1. Open the gas source valve.
2. Close the front door of the combustion chamber and turn on the instrument (power switch "1" side), the power indicator light.
3. Press the “Reset” button to return the burner to the ignition position (if there is no response, the burner is already in the ignition position. Please proceed to the next step).
4. Press and hold the “Ignition” button to light the burner (Note: Keep the “Ignition” button pressed during ignition). After ignition, release the “Ignition” button. If it is difficult to ignite, adjust the “Flame adjustment” button (reducing the flammable gas flow clockwise and increasing the flammable gas flow counterclockwise). Pay attention to adjust the air flow while holding down the "Ignition" button.
5. Open the front door of the combustion test box, place the flame height ruler (height 40mm) in front of the flame by hand, adjust the “flame adjustment” knob, and adjust the flame height to 40mm±2mm. After the flame is stabilized, remove the flame height ruler. Hang the specimen vertically with the specimen holder in the center of the box and close the door.
6. Click on the "Start" button and the burner is moved to the sample suspension position (this time should be within 1 minute from the time the sample is taken out of the sealed container). After 12 seconds (or 10 seconds), the burner stops. Gas and return to the "continuation time" automatically timed.
7. Observe the condition of the sample in the test chamber. At the same time when the continuous combustion is over, click on the “Continuous stop” button. If there is no continuous combustion, press the button “Continue stop” directly to automatically time the “smear time”. When the smoldering is over, press the “Smoke Stop” button once, then record the continued burning time and the smoldering time, and record the phenomenon that appears during the test.
8. Open the front door of the combustion chamber to remove the specimen clamp, remove the specimen, and then use the specified weight according to the weight of the fabric per unit area to determine the length of the damage (see the standard).
9. Press the “CLEAR” button, the instrument will return to the initial state, open the test chamber door, remove the debris from the cabinet, open the ventilation equipment, exhaust the fumes and gases from the test chamber, and wait for the row to finish. Close the row. Wind equipment, this test ended.
10. To continue the test, repeat steps 3-9. If it is not needed, turn off the power (push "power switch" position "0"), then unplug the power cable, close the valve, and the test is completed.
VIII. Precautions
1. Instruments and gas cylinders must be kept strictly free from pyrotechnics, and fire should be eliminated. Samples that are still in smoldering after the test must be extinguished in time. Carbon dioxide and other fire fighting equipment should be installed.
2. The gas pipeline must be inspected carefully before starting the machine. Gas leakage is strictly prohibited.
3, the operator should wear protective clothing, protective gloves, so as not to be hand stabbed or burned.
4. This test is best conducted in a fume hood to prepare for immediate removal of harmful gases and replacement of fresh air.
5. After the test is completed, the gas source should be turned off. After the gas in the tube is burned out, turn off the power.
6, the instrument is equipped with gas alarm device, such as the gas alarm ring, please check whether there is leakage.
7. Immediately after the alarm of the gas alarm, turn off the power supply and air supply, and restart the machine after troubleshooting.
8, the instrument must have a good grounding!

Veneer is a thin sheet of wood, rotary cut, sliced or sawed from expensive natural wood. The veneer is easy to be edge jointed and overlaid on Plywood, MDF, particleboard and so on. So, it can be used in fancy plywood, fancy MDF, fancy Blockboard and veneer faced particleboard.

Luli Group Co., Ltd, also supply engineered wood veneers with good quality and competitive pricing.

Advantages of using veneers:

Compared to wood, one of the primary advantages of using veneer is stability. While solid wood can be prone to warping and splitting, because veneer is made of thin layers of wood glued together, the chances of splitting or cracking are reduced. Further, the glue used provides additional strength, making the end result stronger than natural wood.

Usages of Veneer:

Used to cover the surface of plywood, MDF, chipboard, blockboard and so on.
