They are composed of old technicians, masters and college students with rich professional experience, which provide a strong guarantee for the normal operation of our company's numerical control equipment.

2. Some machine tool failures are caused by unreasonable structure or improper maintenance. Timely summary of maintenance experience can provide important basis for future equipment selection and equipment management. For example, we found that the CK3263A CNC lathe is bent and deformed in the X-direction steel guide rail. After comparison and analysis, it is considered that the operation time is too long and the turret tool holder has no counterweight. It is a congenital deficiency of the machine tool, which is the future choice. The model provides a reliable basis; as in the TND360 CNC lathe we used, it was found that the tool holder was not positioned properly during the work. The tool holder was opened and the coolant inside the tool holder was found to be rusted, resulting in inaccurate motion, so the parts were processed normally. Clean the coolant and chips in a timely manner to reduce the occurrence of malfunctions.

3. Strengthen professional training and improve the technical level of maintenance personnel.

4. Make bold technical improvements to places where existing equipment often fails. For example, in our company's XH754 machining center, during the use process, it was found that the spindle was not tightly sealed, which caused the coolant to enter and corrode the spindle bearing, which seriously affected the spindle precision. (The bearing is a NSKC-class radial ball bearing in Japan, which is expensive, and each set price is about 15000 yuan.) According to technical personnel, the original spindle seal is a labyrinth seal, and the lubrication form is NBU-15 grease lubrication. And no hydraulic lubricating oil is forced to lubricate. If the sealing is not good, it will easily cause the coolant to enter the main shaft. Then, the HG4-692-67J type has a skeleton seal, and a flange is pressed at the front end of the main shaft to seal the sealing ring, so that the above problem Can be solved. However, in use, it was found that when the equipment was running for a long time, the temperature rise of the spindle was somewhat high. Because the sealing ring used a standard sealing ring and the inner hole was somewhat over-filled, we used sandpaper when replacing the sealing ring. The inner hole is slightly polished, and after installation, the sealing effect and the temperature rise of the spindle are normal.
