For production enterprises, it is important to check whether the key quality control point operation control procedures are established, whether the control records are complete, whether raw materials, semi-finished products and factory inspections are carried out as required. In addition, for wire and cable manufacturers, it is necessary to check whether there are production "discounted" cables through contracts, production plans, production records, sales ledgers, etc.; for food paper packaging manufacturers, it is necessary to check whether they are in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. For sales operators, it is important to check whether the purchase and acceptance system is established and executed, whether to sell products without production licenses or products without compulsory products.

For enterprises that cannot maintain the conditions for production licenses and compulsory product certification, the enterprise shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit; if it is not corrected within the time limit, the issuing authority and the certification body shall revoke their qualification certificates. For enterprises that are no longer engaged in the production of key products, they must promptly cancel their production license certificates and compulsory product certification certificates according to law.

Fourth, increase quality and safety supervision

The on-site inspection and follow-up inspection of the key product-certified enterprises shall be arranged as soon as possible, play the role of technical experts, and conduct on-site inspections strictly according to requirements; for unqualified enterprises, it is necessary to increase the withdrawal. The inspection agencies that issue product inspection reports for enterprises apply for supervision and inspection, and focus on checking whether there are frauds or irregular inspections in product inspections; and institutions and enterprises that provide false inspection reports are seriously dealt with according to law.

The market supervision departments at all levels may arrange supervision and spot checks according to the situation of their respective jurisdictions. 5. Severely crack down on quality and safety violations
