The planetary gear reducer's string shaft failure is manifested from the input shaft's string movement. There are two main reasons for the string shaft. One is that the broken shaft causes the input shaft to lose the axial constraint and the string shaft occurs; on the other hand, the driven gear on the intermediate shaft and the shaft are not fastened tightly.

In actual transmission, because the interference between the driven gear and the intermediate shaft is not enough, the driven gear produces an axial series motion relative to the intermediate shaft, which in turn causes the input shaft to undergo axial series motion. Therefore, insufficient interference is the main reason for the reducer string shaft. In addition, the steering of the speed reducer also has a certain effect on the string shaft. At present, most manufacturers only assemble the reducer according to the "positive character", which causes the driven gear on the intermediate shaft to receive an external axial force when the reducer is working, which provides conditions for the axial loosening of the driven gear. "The string axis caused by insufficient interference can only occur under certain conditions, and the cause of the string axis.

The working condition of the series shaft is that the interference between the driven gear and the shaft on the intermediate shaft of the reducer is not enough:

When one of the two gear halves of the reducer has insufficient interference, the shaft will only occur under positive and negative torque; when there are two interferences, the two gear halves will move outward and inward simultaneously. When the speed and moving distance are both unequal, the shaft will only occur under the action of positive and negative torque.

(1) Reducer When one of the two driven gear halves has insufficient interference, it moves outward under the action of the axial component force generated by positive torque and moves inward under the action of negative torque. If there is only positive torque effect, there will be no stringing without negative torque effect. When the gear moves outward, the center line of the herringbone gear also moves outward; when the gear moves inward, the center line of the herringbone gear also moves inward, causing a string of shafts.

(2) Reducer When two interference halves of the two driven gear halves are not enough, under the action of equal axial component force generated by positive torque, the two driven gear halves will move outward simultaneously; under the effect of negative torque Down, will move the two halves of the driven gear inward. Only when the moving speeds and distances of the two driven gear halves outward and inward are unequal, will the center line of the herringbone gear change, resulting in a series of shafts. If the moving speed of the driven gear halves is equal to the moving distance, or if only positive torque is applied and no negative torque is applied, the spooling phenomenon will not occur.
