1. Turn on the current to make the air compressor run under no load.

4. Cooling water should be unobstructed, uniform, non-intermittent, bubble free, and the water temperature should not exceed 40°C.
5. The exhaust temperature does not exceed 160°C, and the temperature after water cooling does not exceed 40°C.
6. Check if the current, voltage and motor temperature are normal.
7. Regularly check whether the parts are running normally.
8. Regularly check if the suction valve cover is hot and the sound of the valve is normal.
9. Pay attention to the reliability of various protective equipment.
