After testing, the emissions of CO, HC and NOX were effectively reduced by light vehicles with the EPS provided by Nexteer, which decreased by 6.5%, 14.5% and 15.6% respectively.

In order to be able to obtain the test results more objectively, according to the standard of GB/T 19233-2008, the fuel consumption test was carried out on the conversion test bench in the urban, suburban and comprehensive driving environment. Compared to HPS, the use of Nexteer EPS can save about 4.2% of fuel consumption per 100 kilometers, about 0.33 liters.
